2. Safety and Disclaimer (Important)

  • The organizers have taken out recreational insurance for this event.

  • However, trampolining is an activity that involves the risk of injury (e.g., collisions while jumping).

  • In accordance with the rules of the event venue (Trumpoland), I acknowledge that, in principle, I am responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur within the facility that exceed the scope of insurance coverage, and I will not raise any objections or pursue responsibility against the organizers or the facility.

3. Staff structure

  • Some of the staff on the day have experience teaching trampoline to children with disabilities, but they are students and volunteers and not medical or rehabilitation professionals.

  • Even if a child is deemed not to require supervision, parents must always remain within their sight (within the venue) at all times.

  • If an unforeseen incident occurs and parents are not present, we will make a call over the in-house announcement system, so we ask for your prompt cooperation.

5. Requests to participants (spirit of mutual support)

  • This event will bring together participants with a variety of characteristics. Please understand that each person may have their own weaknesses or anxieties, and cooperate in creating a safe and secure environment with a sense of mutual consideration.

6. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

  • Once your application is complete, the participation fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

  • However, we will only transfer the fee to the next event if you contact the organizer in advance.
